Assistance and technical support
In mainland France, technical support is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to noon and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays, by telephone on +33 (0)1 72 61 27 23 and by email at support@digitalebox.fr. It is exclusively available to users who have previously attended a training session.
Telephone assistance may be supplemented by remote access to the customer’s computer by DigitaleBox support, at the customer’s request and under their control. If a call cannot be answered immediately, DigitaleBox undertakes to contact the user within a maximum of four working hours, counted during telephone support opening hours.
Legal assistance
For the various software products, this contract covers requests for legal assistance concerning funeral legislation (DigitaleBox Cemetery software). Questions and answers in the French Senate and National Assembly supplement certain aspects of the legislation and case law.
Software updates and new versions
All DigitaleBox SaaS software is updated online. You do not need to take any action and will be notified by email when a new update is available. For downloaded software, all our products include a feature that automatically downloads new versions. Changes made in new software versions are described in the online help provided with each new version. New versions include both additional features and corrections to existing features. New versions are automatically no longer supplied when the contract is not renewed or invoices are not paid within the legally required time limits.
If major legislative changes require the software to be redesigned, DigitaleBox will provide customers with an update at least six months before those changes take effect.
